Welcome!  I’m glad you’ve found your way here.  Please allow me to tell you a little about myself and this website.  I am a retired pastor living in the Metro-Boston area.

Over the course of my ministry, I have loved the craft of “messaging” the gospel. As the light of God’s love and grace comes into focus for me personally, it also becomes a joyful endeavor to try and creatively communicate the same blessed truth to others.

At the same time, and especially now in retirement, I also love the craft of woodworking.  As image bearers of God, I believe that the human capacity to create beauty is but one way we reflect the image of our creator, and woodworking affords me that joyful endeavor!  I find it immensely satisfying to take the natural beauty of God’s creative handiwork (wood) and to craft it into something that is also beautiful and functional. 

Surprisingly, I have discovered a happy melding of both loves. Each piece of handiwork that I create and sell comes not only with a finish to protect and preserve the wood, but also with an inspirational “finish” of a simple message that corresponds to the nature of the piece itself.

I guess you could say that I am aspiring to do the same with this website: combining my love for message and wood crafting - both of which I hope, in some way, may inspire your own faith.
